Terms & Conditions – Pickup & Delivery Dry Cleaning & Alteration Services
By using our pickup, delivery, dry cleaning, laundry, or alteration services, the customer agrees to the following terms and conditions:

Garment Inspection & Owner’s Risk
All garments are accepted subject to inspection. Items with existing damage including but not limited to:-
tears
-
rips
-
weak fabric
-
burns
-
missing buttons
-
loose seams
-
discoloration
-
permanent stains
-
fabric deterioration
are cleaned and processed at the customer’s/owner’s risk.

Pre-Existing Damage
We are not responsible for damage resulting from normal cleaning processes where garments already have weak fabric, hidden damage, old stains, excessive wear, or previous repairs. -
Stains & Spot Treatment
While we use professional stain removal methods, we do not guarantee complete stain removal. Some stains may become permanent over time or may react during cleaning. -
Photo Documentation
Our staff may take photographs of garments before processing to document:-
stains
-
tears
-
fabric condition
-
existing damage
These photos are kept for quality control and dispute prevention purposes.

Customer Notification
If we identify significant stains, tears, fabric weakness, or risks during inspection, we may contact the customer before processing the garment. By authorizing service, the customer accepts the cleaning risk associated with the garment condition. -
Pickup & Delivery Responsibility
Customers are responsible for ensuring garments are available for scheduled pickup and received upon delivery. We are not liable for loss or damage caused by unsafe or unattended delivery locations requested by the customer. -
Unclaimed Items
Items not claimed within 90 days may be donated or disposed of without compensation. -
Limitation of Liability
Our liability for any lost or damaged item shall not exceed:-
10 times the cleaning charge for that item, or

the fair market value considering age and condition,
whichever is lower.

Agreement to Terms
By using our services, including pickup and delivery, the customer confirms they have read and accepted these terms and conditions.
